I started my new job. It’s ok I guess. Being new makes it a little more strange because you don’t know what to expect each day. So far I haven’t really did too much. Even though I am really part time, I am just used to working all the time doing nothing. Well I work now and do some. At least at this job I am getting to experience a little bit of everything. VOIP systems, GP, Moving users from one server to another from 2003 to 2003 R2,  Wireless Access Points between two buildings and how grounding is an issue with speed, running network cables and making them look pretty, things of that nature. The people I work with are pretty cool. I believe there are 5 others that work and I have met 4 of them. They all seem nice and humorous like me. Plus there are hotties we get to work for and they like to ask us to lunch now since I am there… hmm. Maybe its just a two for two thing.  Either way its all fun.

I need to figure out what I want to do when I get home for work. I am on this boat of wanting to work on web design and graphic design. I want to go back to school online. I am just not sure I want to do that. IT would be about 30 grand to do that. Then I would have a BS. in Network Security. Maybe I could just wait. I was checking into an art school for websites and such. I could just teach myself, but then again its dedicating time to do that. It’s something I could possibly do. I will have to see.

There are many ways to take yourself in life. One way might be this job with more possibilities, another way might be taking this job with lots of room for growth thats fun with good pay. Choices and more choices. We all wonder whether or not these choices we make are the right ones. Its possible that the choices we make are the worst ones for us, yet we chose them. Things happen for a reason. If you were to pick a certain path it was destined to you. Be excited! Be happy because you life in a world where people actually get choices.

Today I chose to work for Orion Tec[h]nologies. This place seems like it will be a fun place to work. I will be wiring some buildings, repairing some computers, and helping out around the office. It seems like a promising job. I actually get to start tomorrow. (9am). It was the same time I had another interview scheduled with the Little C[l]inic. Though both jobs seem ideal, i think this one will be for best for me right now. I do not think I could give up my weekends and have three days off during the week. I wouldn’t get to see anyone that way. Even if I never get to see anyone on the weekends anymore, at least I know that I have that slot open to drive around. With gas so cheap $1.89 who could resist?

Today was exciting! I did so much stuff. I got to sit at home and watch the computer and get pizza and go to wal*mart and drive home. Man such an exciting day!! It is gloomy outside. Its a little chilly. It seems as if it is going to rain. Rain is always boring. Who knows.. it might be a cool rain this time haha!

I remember when I wanted to start a business. I just wasn’t sure if I could or not. I actually ran one before for web designing and hosting. I just never finished it. This time I finished and well, the outcome wasn’t too great, but it wasn’t so bad. I had to get another job. I have been living  2 months on working for myself. Eventually all your bills catch up to you. So yeah. Why did Technical Difficulties fail? It didn’t. Its a two person job, working on 1. It would have made it longer, but for now I have run out of person funding to keep getting clients. Will it come back? Yes! It so will! Actually it will still be around, but not as a single income. It would be more like a part time thing. Hopefully next year, especially after tax time, the company can come back and full time. This will give me some more time to think and work on the business plan. It was a nice learning experience though. I enjoyed it.
